PINKY CONFIDENTIAL
2 oz Pinky Vodka1 oz raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white (optional for texture)
Powdered sugar for garnish
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice, shake again. Strain into a power sugar-rimmed martini glass.

THE PARADISO
1-1/2 ounces orange vodka
1/2 ounce limoncello
1/2 ounce Aperol or Campari
1 ounce fresh orange juice
Dried cranberries
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with dried cranberries on a cocktail spear.
Update the Screwdriver with sophisticated ingredients.

LIMONCE LIMON BLUSH
1 ounce limoncello
3 ounces lemonade
1/2 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 ounce soda water
1 lemon wedge
Add all ingredients, except soda, to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass filled with ice, top with soda. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Fans of the Cosmopolitan Cocktail (vodka, triple sec, Rose’s lime juice and cranberry juice) will enjoy this drink: It has common flavour elements, but is lighter, without the vodka.
THE AMALFI
- 1-1/2 ounces citrus vodka
- 1/2 ounce limoncello
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 sprigs lemon thyme or regular thyme*
- Put vodka, limoncello, fresh lime juice and the leaves from one sprig of thyme into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
- Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
Citrus lovers will love this summery cocktail. The fresh thyme sets it off perfectly, but if you don’t have fresh herbs, a lemon wheel will do.
LEMON SUNRISE
- In a tall glass, add all ingredientsover crushed ice.
- Add a splash of grenadine and let it settle to the bottom (do not stir) to create the “sunrise” effect.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
